Hair extension care:
Washing
1.Keep your hair clean. Hair tangles when dirt and sweat buid up,wash it after exercise, swimming etc.
2.Brush your hair, remove all tangles before washing. Wash your hair going in a downward motion.
3.Use good shampoo,your stylist can advise you what product is best for your hair. When lots of water is added at once to very dry hair, hair can swell up and tangle.
4.Gradually wet the hair and brush gently before you completely wash it.
Styling
1.When brushing use a soft bristle brush,start at the ends of your hair and gently work your way up. Always brush in a downward motion.
2.Do not brush harshly.
3.Heat is one of the biggest enemy,the more you use it, the shorter your hair extension will last.
Exercise
Wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair out of water. Chlorine and salt water can cause the hair to tangle and mat up.
Hair Treatment
Even it's 100% human made, It’s not advised to perm, color or any other chemical process to your own hair extensions.

A : We normally recommend that customers use the following volume of hair to cover an individual’s head:

Weft: 1-2 packs

Q2. Will there be shedding?
A :Our hair extensions are designed to hold very strong, and to have very limited shedding. We use a very strong keratin bond for our tips, and our wefts are triple-stitched to secure the hair to the track.
Q3. What type of hair care products should I use?
A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1, Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
3, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q4. How long does it last?
A : The lifetime of the hair mostly depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last at least 6 months.
Q5: Can they be straightened, curled ?
A: Yes you can use hair straightener or hair curly iron to style the hair . However, don't do it frequently, otherwise the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q6: Can I change the hair color?
A: Yes, you can change hair color. And we recommend to order in natural color if you want to change hair color. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairstylist to dye the hair for you.
Q7: How to distinguish human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul. When burning , the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
